Do you offer a trial?
Yes. A one time trial is available exclusively to Macau residents, University students, and Blue Card holders with a minimum validity of 3 months. Please send us an email or contact us directly to book in advanced.
Do you offer short-term passes?
Yes. Flex Fitness offers day passes and multi-day passes for visitors and travelers between 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM daily, excluding public holidays and severe weather conditions.
Can I access to multiple branches?
Membership access depends on your selected plan and branch eligibility.
Which branch features Panatta equipment?
Panatta equipment is exclusively available at our Taipa flagship club.
What are your staffed hours?
Staffed operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM on regular operating days, excluding public holidays and severe weather conditions.
